Bio

Dr. Nitsche, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, completed her adult psychiatry residency training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas and child psychiatry and community psychiatry fellowship training at Emory University in Atlanta Georgia before moving to Utah in 2010. For the last 2 years, she has worked for Intermountain Healthcare, practicing at McKay-Dee Hospital's Behavioral Health Institute with children, adolescents, and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings as well as in the community. She has recently transitioned to the University of Utah and currently works at the University Neuropsychiatric Institute with children and adolescents on the inpatient unit as a hospitalist.
