Bio

Leif Jensen, MD, MPH, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiology at the University of Utah. Originally from Minnesota, he completed his medical degree at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, followed by a surgical internship at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL. He completed residency training in Radiology at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas, where he was also the Chief Resident. His interests include cardiac and thoracic imaging, having completed fellowship training in these disciplines at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Other academic interests include resident education and public health, especially epidemiology and occupational lung disease.
