She has always been so gentle and so polite. She always has a smile on her face and is always so informative. She is a great midwife. I always feel so comfortable with her!

Midwife, Jocelyn was vey nice and knowledgeable but did not thoroughly assess me with me being a new patient. I scheduled for my annual check up considering I havent been to an OBGYN in 2 years, thinking I would get a pap smear or some kind of testing for a baseline (again being a new patient) and she didnt do any testing after waiting months for this appointment. Just asked me some questions and said to reschedule in a year. I felt like I wasted my time with her and my concerns were not important.

Jocelyn was amazing throughout the visit, vocal about what she was doing and when. And when I felt discomfort, she was understanding and did not pressure me to continue anyway. I wish all healthcare providers treated me the way she did.

The staff was super accommodating our nurse made us feel comfortable from the start and Jocelyn was overly helpful and informative! She was patient with answering our question and concerns and gave us multiple options for our solutions. Also kept telling us everything was our decision, which helped us know this was the practice we wanted to go with! She made us feel like we had all the power! Love love love these guys!
