Urgent care had diagnosed kidney stones. It turned out that was a mis-diagnosis and Dr. Romo sorted that out almost immediately. She ordered additional tests to prove her theory and was concerned that I had suffered for so long and was quick to get me on the right track to health.

June 19, 2015

This place it good I will recommend to my friends I'm very satisfied with the service

June 15, 2015

This particular visit was quite smooth, but in most cases sometimes I have had questions, but have felt rushed. Doctor is summoned away.

June 10, 2015

provide simple explanation of test results or they don't mean anything

June 10, 2015

She was so great and friendly!

May 29, 2015

I'm trying to get my husband to have Romo as his primary care provider!

May 24, 2015

Always have a good experience at this clinic.

May 23, 2015

Dr Romo was very friendly and efficient. She was concerned about my problem and treatment options, and she explained everything to me very well. She's a great doctor.

May 20, 2015

I was very pleased with Dr. Romo. I felt she was very thorough and explained everything she was doing.

May 07, 2015

good

April 29, 2015

Felt a little rushed ----- chop, chop

April 14, 2015

I really like Dr Romo, she shows concern and compassion. she's very thorough and shows a lot more care, concern, and interest in my well being than my previous PCP. she's awesome! I really have not had such a great doctor! thank you!

April 06, 2015

The doctor seemed very rushed and distracted. She was in a hurry and often talked over me. I had to repeat myself a few times because she wasn't listening or was talking with staff on her radio device. I felt like she ignored my concerns and the details regarding the reason for my visit. She quickly diagnosed with no suggested testing or resolution. I felt like I left with little information about what was causing the condition or what I could do to resolve or control it.

April 01, 2015

I feel that patient's should be seen one at a time and at my Dr. visit I felt the Dr. was stretched very thin.

March 23, 2015

Dr. Kristin Romo and her assistant Melinda made me feel more comfortable than any other interaction with Dr.s and such at any other facility. I am happy that my visit turned out as such. Thank You!

March 11, 2015

Dr Romo is one of best doctor's I've seen. I really feel listened to and cared about! Thank you, thank you!

March 06, 2015

If I could rate higher than very good for Dr Romo I would. She is nice and good at her job. She listened to my concerns and that led to her discovering I had 4 broken ribs something the ER missed somehow. And as far as my answer to #10 I already recommended her to my girlfriend. I usually don't like doctors . Dr Romo is great.

February 24, 2015

I keep telling my friends how much I like my new doctor! I plan on sticking with Dr. Romo for a long time!

February 12, 2015

Doctor Romo did an excellent job in all areas. The only complaint I have is addressed earlier. It was regarding the medical assistant.

February 06, 2015

Awesome people!

December 10, 2014

December 05, 2014

I have a regular doctor but she was on maternity leave. I have to say, thou i like my regular physician, If possible I would change to the Dr. That treated me. I was so extremely impressed.

December 04, 2014

It was a good experience

December 03, 2014

I like Dr. Romo she is very good.

November 17, 2014

Felt rushed with the appt. Since I was being seen for an ongoing issue I felt that my side was not being heard

November 15, 2014

Dr. Romo was great. Kind of a spitfire. :) The MA had mentioned before hand that Dr. Romo was from Chicago and that she was a little loud. I can see that some people might take that personality as brusque, but Dr. Romo tried to really evaluate my concerns, was great to clarify things that I had further questions about, and wants to take time to evaluate some symptoms I'm having rather than rushing to send me for the most expensive diagnostic procedures like my previous physician had. I value that.

November 15, 2014

good

November 05, 2014

She listened to my concerns and was able to give me good information on how to recover from my illness.

October 23, 2014

Dr. Romo has a very curt disposition and often interrupts and even uses a tone of scoffing, while I have little doubt in her competence (let me make that clear), her bedside manner leaves a LOT TO BE DESIRED. This is the second time she has done this, and while I expect this while I'm at the DMV it's not very flattering when your feeling weak and vulnerable. In the future I will be meeting with a different care provider, unfortunately for physicians like Dr. Romo there are plenty of competent providers who also take the time to exhibit some courtesy and respect to their patients.

October 08, 2014

I have already recommended Dr. Romo to my partner and a friend. She was excellent at listening to me and making me feel quite comfortable regarding my health concerns. She also spent all the time necessary with me to make certain I was heard. In addition, she responded immediately to my email questions later in the day regarding my condition.

October 06, 2014

Dr. Romo was very helpful and understanding about an extremely stressful situation I am in at the moment, and in pain from carpal tunnel surgery, too. I would write more but the hand is still very stressed out from daily activity which when you live by yourself you can't limit as much as you would want.

October 06, 2014

This time around it seemed better than the first time she helped me out.

October 04, 2014

Great!

September 29, 2014

She was very nice and to the point. I wish she would've taken more time to know about me and my health history instead of just my immediate needs. I am searching for a primary physician. Unfortunately, I haven't found one through university healthcare. I have private insurance and would love to stay with the U because I love my OBGYN over at clinic 4 but I think I'm just going to find a private practice doctor.

September 16, 2014

The doctor Romo is an excellent communicator. She is a great person and easy to understand.

September 16, 2014

I have always being treat with courtesy and kind by your staff.

August 10, 2014

Felt like some issues were rushed

July 25, 2014

I was given a medication that has side effects, etc that i may not appreciate. I felt that there was no effort to try a different medication first.diagnosis also felt as though there was little effort to confirm it.

July 16, 2014

The assistant first asked me how, what, when, why, etc things happen. She takes notes... Dr. comes and asked me same questions but not in detail. Dr. doesn't listen well and DO NOT READ what I have been asked. Then Dr. said how come you did not tell me about. My question is... WHY am I asked so many questions and put it on computer where Dr, does not acknowledge the notes? I spent more time with the assistant actually listen to my concerns and problems than the doctor.

July 13, 2014

Horrible doctor. Won't come back to the U of U health care.

July 08, 2014

Felt rushed through appointment so that her waiting patient, who was early wasnt left waiting too long.

April 11, 2014

I have been sick for a long time and am looking for a doctor that is willing to look out of the box to figure out what is wrong with me. I was very discouraged and disappointed when the doctor said something along the lines of, "So what do you want me to do? If your specialist hasn't been able to help you, then how do you want me to help you?" The doctor also only seemed interested in my stomach symptoms and wasn't worried about any of the others.

April 04, 2014

I really like Dr Romo. She was very helpful and concerned with my problems and needs. Made me feel like someone really cared.

February 06, 2014

dr Romo is the best ive ever had

February 06, 2014

Provider spent extensive time with me. I would have been interested in discussing more about the particular birth control I was prescribed. Prompt with sending test results. Overall great experience.

January 16, 2014

Very good doctor.

November 21, 2013

Dr. Romo is the best dr.

November 20, 2013

Felt very rushed by the Dr. and felt brushed off by the concerns I came in for.

November 13, 2013

Dr. Romo believed me when I said I was not feeling well. She investigated and found the cause. She called a couple of times to follow-up. I appreciated her care.

October 19, 2013

The facility has kept me informed throughout my visit and the follow up is also great. I've got both a telephone call and a letter from my doctor to keep me up to date with every step of the way. Thank you.
