Felicia Katz, MD., is a Board Eligible physician specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She was born and raised in Eugene, Oregon, then lived in Los Angeles, California for many years while completing her medical training. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), then received her medical degree from the University of Southern California. She completed her OB/GYN residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. She is now a member of the University of Utah Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology as an Adjunct Assistant Professor, and practices at the University of Utah Women’s Health Clinic at Salt Lake Regional Medical Center. Her style of patient care places emphasis on patient education and open communication, and she has received numerous teaching awards. Her medical interests include minimally invasive surgery, cervical cancer screening (including colposcopy and LEEP in the clinic), office procedures, and contraception counseling. Dr. Katz has many outdoor hobbies, including rock climbing, hiking, and skiing. She also loves to cook and travel.
