She's good at pulling in other professionals to assist in the evaluation process. I came away from my first appointment with confidence that my problems would be addressed in an appropriate and positive manner. After my appointment she personally reached out to me with excellent follow-up information.

She was very good in explaining my condition. And I left knowing what my condition entails. What I came away with is that I have not suffered long enough with this Trigeminal Neuralgia since only been having the symptoms since February. I need to use meds to help mask the pain for 1-2 years. But by then I will be around 77-78 and too old for any surgeries. So I need to accept that this is my life now and adjust to it. That is far from what I was longing to hear!!!! I appreciate getting the appointment so soon and for the info that was shared with me. Thank you

I waited over an hour. I had to stand because I could not sit in the chair in the waiting room. I was suffering and I became agitated. I took my frustration out on the nurses which I am truly sorry for. Beverly helped to calm me down. I appreciate this. She also sent a note telling me about my high blood pressure. This is because of my agitated mood.

Dr North is very engaging and a joy to deal with. Reading a brain scan is difficult but she attempts to explain her diagnosis as she studies it.

I am thankful she knows how to care for my shunt.
