Professional, competent,knowledgeable and skilled. The only issue is appoints are booked far in advance and audiology adjustments that appear ok in the office may require adjustment when the real world is encountered. Timely follow up appointments are critical for the benefit of patient understanding..

I consider Kate to be an important friend in my life, as she is doing her best to help me get accustomed to this Choclear Implant, & improve my hearing.
