Professional Interests: Dr. Blackburn is interested in general podiatry and has a special fondness for geriatric patients.
Personal Interests: In his spare time, he enjoys bicycling and gardening. He likes to read about war history. Dr. Blackburn enjoys spending time with his eight children. He recently built a cabin in Scofield, Utah.
Education: Dr. Blackburn graduated from the University of Utah in biology in 1973. He went on to graduate with a degree in Podiatric Medicine from the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine in 1979. He has practiced in Price, Utah for 29 years.
