Good Snacking
For healthy snacking, pick foods with dietary fiber and limited fat, sugar and salt. The American Institute for Cancer Research has these suggestions:

Try unfrosted whole-grain dry cereal like oat circles and whole-wheat squares.

Dip raw vegetables into spicy brown mustard, chunky salsa, low-fat salad dressing or shrimp cocktail sauce.

Dunk fresh strawberries into low-fat vanilla yogurt.

Munch on a handful of sweet grape tomatoes or dried fruit.
