Neurobehavior H.O.M.E. Program

Each year, the Neurobehavior HOME Program staff nominates people and organizations in the community for a special recognition award.  These people are nominated because they have demonstrated excellence in their service to people with disabilities and effective collaboration with our program.  The recipients of these awards are listed below:

2011

Roger Christensen, LCSW, Intermountain Health Care / Neurobehavior HOME Program. 

Roger worked with the HOME Program as an IHC employee for over 10 years, retiring on May 31, 2011.  He had a great influence in many lives.  We will miss him and wish him the best in his retirement.
