To provide assistance and support to patients and visitors at the John A. Moran Eye Center information desk

Reports to

Barbara Korous, manager, administrative/academic support


Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: 10 am–2 pm


  • Greet patients/visitors as they enter the Moran Eye Center
  • Help patients/visitors find the appropriate location of their visit
  • Take patients in wheelchairs or those who need assistance to the clinic/surgery areas
  • Look up patient appointments if patients are unsure where they are to go
  • Help keep the atrium area clear of obstructions, wheelchairs, and the like
  • Help stuff envelopes for patient correspondence mailings
  • Answer patient/visitor questions
  • Other assigned duties that will not interfere with taking care of each person who enters the Moran Eye Center
