Volunteer Application

Please complete the Volunteer Application. (If you are under 18 years of age, please contact Volunteer Services for Junior Application). On the application form, you must provide two personal references. These references may be from a former employer, teacher, clergy person, or volunteer coordinator.  Once you click "Send Request" your application will be automatically submitted.

A member of the staff will contact you to determine that the volunteer position for which you applied fits your interests, needs and time availability.
