Flower Delivery

Purpose

To deliver flowers to patients

Reports To

Volunteer Services Coordinator

Days/Hours

12:30 - 4:30 Monday - Friday

Qualifications

Must be 14 or older

Duties/Responsibilities

• Check with Charge Nurse to ensure room may be entered; otherwise, leave flowers at the Nurse's Station

• Deliver to new location if patient has been transferred

• Ensure name of patient matches name on floral arrangement are the same

• Return undeliverable flowers to the Information Desk
