Purpose
Assist the Hospital Foundation office staff.
Reports To
Wendy Patterson (or in her absence, Sara Gunderson.)
Days/Hours
Thursdays, approximately 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Extra overload work if the volunteer is available.
Volunteer Duties/Responsibilities

Clip obituaries and file alphabetically (separated by year).

Assist in the final process of stuffing, stamping and sealing any correspondence as necessary.

Maintain various publications (binders) by inserting updated amendments appropriately.

Perform other tasks such as mailing, shredding, etc.
