Visitor Services Valet Assistant

Purpose

To assist valets, service officers, and receptionists.

Reports To

Customer Service Supervisor

Days/Hours

• Monday - Friday

• 7:00am - 4:00pm

Volunteer Duties/Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the valet and service officer staff

• Greet patients and visitors

• Issue valet tickets

• Transport patients as needed

• Other volunteer duties as assigned
