Our restaurants

The Point Restaurant and The Sheila S. and David P. Gardner Bistro, are open to the public and provide a breathtaking view of the Salt Lake Valley. Both serve delectable fare including soups, salads, sandwiches, a variety of hot entrées, and daily specials.

  • Turkey Bacon Avocado Wrap:
    Sliced smoked turkey, crispy bacon, fresh avocado, shredded lettuce, tomatoes and onions wrapped in a large tortilla with chipotle wranch dressing
  • Mushroom Swiss Burger:
    1/3 pound ground beef patty topped with sauteed mushrooms, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and onions
  • The Point Louie Salad:
    Asparagus, capers, egg, tomato and olives on mixed greens topped with our house raspberry vinaigrette dressing. Your choice of grilled chicken, salmo, shrimp or tofu
