Cancer Learning Center
The G. Mitchell Morris Cancer Learning Center (CLC) is your source for free cancer information. The CLC is located on the sixth floor of the cancer hospital.
Cancer Types and Topics
Each type of cancer is a different disease. Learn about types of cancers and their symptoms, risk factors, treatments, and where to go for support and education. Also, learn about cancer-related topics such as how to quit tobacco use, coping with cancer, genetics and cancer, and more.
Our outreach programs educate the public about cancer risk, prevention, and care. This includes attending health events, giving presentations to schools and groups, and collaborating with other organizations to spread the word about cancer prevention. The Sun Safe on the Slopes initiative is one example. In addition, we offer a Native American Outreach program designed to address the needs of Native Americans in a culturally appropriate way.
Huntsman Cancer Institute offers a wide selection of printed and interactive resources to educate, connect, and keep you informed of the latest in cancer prevention, treatment, survivorship, risk factors, and research.
