Alyson Clough

Alyson Clough, PharmD (2015-2016)

Alyson is originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, and earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from Purdue University in 2014. She completed her PGY-1 residency at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO, and her PGY-2 specialty residency in Hematology/Oncology at the Huntsman Cancer Institute. She is currently practicing as a clinical specialist in Hematology/Bone Marrow Transplant.

Shelly Hummert, PharmD (2015-2016)

Shelly completed her Bachelor of Science degree as well as her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. She completed her PGY1 residency at Providence St. Vincent in Portland, Oregon and her PGY2 in hematology/oncology at Huntsman Cancer Institute. She currently works as a clinical pharmacist at HCI in breast/melanoma clinic.

Stacy Prelewicz

Stacy Prelewicz, PharmD (2015-2016)

Stacy is originally from a small town outside of the Wilkes Barre/Scranton area in Pennsylvania. She completed both her undergraduate training and PharmD at Wilkes University. She then completed her PGY1 residency at Penn State Hershey Medical Center. She completed her PGY2 in Oncology at the Huntsman Cancer Institute. She is currently practicing as a Hematology/Blood & Marrow Transplant clinical pharmacist at HCI.

Trang Au

Trang Au, PharmD (2014-2015)

Trang received her PharmD from Creighton University School of Pharmacy in Nebraska. After PGY1 training, she moved to the beautiful state of Utah to complete oncology training at the Huntsman Cancer Institute. She currently works at HCI in the outpatient clinic for gastrointestinal malignancies and in Phase 1 clinical trials. Trang is also completing her post-doctoral Research Fellowship at the University of Utah College of Pharmacy where she works on patient-centric outcomes projects across a broad range of cancers.

Jordan McPherson

Jordan McPherson, PharmD, BCOP (2014-2015)

Jordan received his PharmD from West Virginia University in 2013. After completing his PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, he moved to Salt Lake City for the PGY2 program at Huntsman Cancer Institute. Jordan is currently working at HCI as a clinical oncology specialist in melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancer. He enjoys research, teaching, and quality improvement projects.

Natalee Tanner

Natalee Tanner, PharmD, BCOP (2014-2015)

Natalee received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Arizona in 2013. She then completed her PGY1 pharmacy residency at the Southern Arizona VA  in Tucson, Arizona followed by a PGY2 specializing in hematology/oncology at HCI. She is currently practicing as a clinical pharmacist at Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center in Phoenix, Arizona specializing in gastrointestinal medical oncology and melanoma. 

Kelly Fritz

Kelly Fritz, PharmD, BCOP (2013-2014)

Kelly grew up in Hudson, OH and graduated with her PharmD from Ohio Northern University in 2012. She completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at the University of Utah, and stayed on to complete a PGY2 at Huntsman. She worked for a year as an oncology pharmacist at University of California San Diego Moores Cancer Center, but decided to come back to Salt Lake City. She is now one of the Clinical Oncology pharmacists at Huntsman in the inpatient setting as well as in the Neuro-Oncology and Melanoma clinics.

Kim Maxa

Kim Maxa, MBA, PharmD, BCOP (2013-2014)

Kim received her MBA and PharmD from Drake University in Des Moines in 2012. She then completed her PGY1 training at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta in Atlanta followed by her PGY2 at Huntsman Cancer Institute. She currently works at Children's Minnesota in Minneapolis as a clinical pharmacist in hematology, oncology, and med/surg.

Shilpa Paul

Shilpa Paul, PharmD, BCOP (2013-2014)

Shilpa received her doctor of pharmacy degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2012. She completed her PGY1 pharmacy practice residency training at Yale-New Haven Hospital and her PGY2 in hematology/oncology at Huntsman Cancer Institute. She is currently working at MD Anderson Cancer Center as a clinical pharmacy specialist in leukemia.

Brandon Wilds

Brandon Wilds, PharmD (2013-2014)

Brandon completed his doctor of pharmacy degree at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) in Erie, Pennsylvania. He then went on to complete his PGY1 residency at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida followed by his PGY2 at HCI. Currently, he is working at the UF Health Cancer Center at Orlando Health as an inpatient heme pharmacist.

Harmony Bowles

Harmony Bowles, PharmD (2012-2013)

Harmony received her PharmD from the University of New Mexico College of Pharmacy in 2011. She completed her PGY1 residency at the University of New Mexico Hospital in 2012 followed by the PGY2 at HCI. She is currently working as a clinical oncology pharmacist at the University of Arizona Cancer Center with the Breast, Gynecologic, Genitourinary, and Lung malignancy clinics.

Kinjal Parikh, PharmD, BCOP (2012-2013)

Kinjal graduated from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill in 2011 with her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree. She completed her PGY1 training at the University of Utah and PGY2 training at the Huntsman Cancer Institute in hematology/oncology. Kinjal is now a clinical pharmacy specialist practicing at The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas in Genitourinary Medical Oncology. Her interests outside of hematology/oncology clinical practice include academia and research. 

Joshua Pecoraro

Josh received his doctor of pharmacy degree from the University of Wyoming in 2011. He completed a PGY1 pharmacy practice residency at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon and a PGY2 in oncology at Huntsman Cancer Institute. He currently works as a clinical pharmacy specialist in leukemia at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City.

Sara deHoll

Sara deHoll, PharmD, BCOP (2011-2012)

Sara received her doctor of pharmacy from the University of Missouri – Kansas City (UMKC) in 2010. She completed her post graduate year 1 (PGY1) residency at the University of Utah followed by a PGY2 at HCI. She is currently practicing as a clinical pharmacist in the hematology/oncology ICU and inpatient hematology units at HCI as well as the residency coordinator for the PGY2 program.

Jessica Streeter

Jessica Streeter, PharmD, BCOP (2011-2012)

Jessica graduated with her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque in 2007, then completed PGY1 training at New York-Presbyterian Cornell and Columbia Medical Centers in New York City in 2008. She worked as an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the University of New Mexico prior to her PGY2 at HCI in 2011. Jessica then spent three years as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Thoracic and General Oncology at The James Cancer Hospital at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. She returned to HCI in 2015 as an Oncology Specialty Pharmacist in Gynecologic and Genitourinary Cancers.

Michael Regis Filtz

Michael Regis Filtz, BS, PharmD, BCOP (2010-2011)

Dr. Filtz received his doctor of pharmacy degree from the University of Maryland in 2009. He completed his PGY1 residency training at the University of Utah and PGY2 in hematology/oncology pharmacy at HCI. He currently works as clinical pharmacist on the inpatient adult hematology service as well as a clinical coordinator for hematology and bone marrow transplant services.

David Stenehjem

David Stenehjem, BS, PharmD, BCOP  (2010-2011)

David received his doctor of pharmacy degree from the University of Minnesota-Duluth in 2009. He completed his postgraduate year one (PGY1) residency training at the University of Utah followed by the PGY2 at HCI. Prior to pharmacy school he worked in industry developing novel therapeutics. He works in both the HCI Phase I and GI/thoracic oncology clinic and Pharmacotherapy Outcomes Research Center (PORC) at the College of Pharmacy.

Kali Williams Ditolla

Kali Williams Ditolla, PharmD, BCOP  (2010-2011)

Kali completed her pharmacy training at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, in 2009. She completed her PGY1 training at the University of Utah followed by the PGY2 at HCI. She is a clinical pharmacist at HCI in Blood & Marrow Transplant.

Zahra Mahmoudjafari

Zahra Mahmoudjafari, PharmD, BCOP (2009-2010)

Dr. Mahmoudjafari graduated with her PharmD from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2008. She earned her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice residency at The Ohio State University Medical Center in 2009 and completed her PGY2 Hematology/Oncology residency at HCI in 2010. She is currently working at the University of Kansas Health System as a Clinical Coordinator for Hematology/Bone Marrow Transplant in Kansas City, KS.

Laura Miars Alwan

Laura Miars Alwan, PharmD, BCOP (2009-2010)

Laura is from a small town outside of Cincinnati, OH. She graduated with her doctor of pharmacy from Butler University in Indianapolis, IN, and returned to Cincinnati to complete her PGY1 residency at Health Alliance followed by the PGY2 at HCI. She works as a Clinical Oncology Specialist Pharmacist at University of Washington in Seattle, WA.

Lauren Burt

Lauren Burt, BS, PharmD, BCOP (2008-2009)

Lauren completed her doctor of pharmacy training at the University of Florida in Gainesville, after completing a bachelor’s degree in nutrition also from the University of Florida. Dr. Burt then completed her PGY1 residency training at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Denver followed by the PGY2 at HCI. She is assistant professor of pharmacy at Regis University in Denver, Colorado.

Nolan Nhan Ngo

Nolan Nhan Ngo, PharmD, BCPS, BCOP (2008-2009)

Nolan completed his doctor of pharmacy training at the University of Iowa in Iowa City. He completed his PGY1 residency training at the University of Arizona Medical Center followed by the PGY2 at HCI. He is currently the outpatient BMT/Hematology clinical pharmacist for Texas Oncology at the Sammons Cancer Center in Dallas, TX.

Mary Lampas

Mary Lampas, PharmD, BCOP (2007-2008)

Mary completed her doctor of pharmacy training at Purdue University. She completed her PGY1 residency training at the University of Utah Hospital followed by the PGY2 at HCI. She is a clinical pharmacist in the Blood and Marrow Transplant service at HCI.

Stephanie Sanders

Stephanie Sanders, BS, PharmD, BCOP (2007-2008)

Stephanie completed her doctor of pharmacy training at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan, after completing a bachelor's degree in chemistry and biochemistry from Hope College. She completed her PGY1 residency training at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Denver followed by the PGY2 at HCI. She is a clinical pharmacist working in our oncology-specific ICU as well as the residency program director for the PGY2 Oncology Residency.

Lara Au

Lara Au, PharmD, BCOP (2006-2007)

Lara completed her doctor of pharmacy training at the University of Utah College of Pharmacy in 2005. She completed her PGY1 residency training at the University of Utah Hospital followed by the PGY2 at HCI. She is a hematology/oncology clinical pharmacist at the Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, where she is also the PGY1 pharmacy residency coordinator.

Shauna Burns Graham

Shauna Burns Graham, PharmD, BCOP (2005-2006)

Shauna completed her doctor of pharmacy training at Mercer University Southern School of Pharmacy in Atlanta, Georgia. She then completed her PGY1 residency training at Intermountain Health Care/LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City followed by the PGY2 at HCI. She is currently a clinical pharmacist at Centennial Medical Center in Tennessee.
