Live Online Chat: Smoking cessation help from the NCI at livehelp.cancer.gov.

Mobile Apps: The NCI QuitPal app helps set goals, track habits, and connect with social networks.
The QuitSTART app is designed to help teens quit. The Smokefree QuitGuide app is available
from iTunes, Google Play, and the Amazon App Store. This app helps prepare smokers to quit and
provides support afterward.
