How is patient satisfaction scored?
An electronic Medical Practice survey is e-mailed to HCI patients within a few days of their appointment. Patients take a survey and give feedback on the care they received. We use this feedback to improve care, better meet our patients' needs, and provide each person with an exceptional experience.
Compared to more than 740 medical practice facilities and more than 102,000 providers nationwide, HCI's inpatient units and outpatient clinics ranked in the 99th percentile in 2013.
