The CQCI Tumor Response Assessment Laboratory includes a ClearCanvas virtual server with 10 TB storage and 4 high performance ClearCanvas imaging workstations. Data management and image analysis for all HCI clinical trials will be  be performed in CQCI by image analysts with supervision and oversight from diagnostic radiologists using image analysis software and trial database developed by the Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center Tumor Imaging Metrics Core.

The image process equipment consists of three GE Unix workstations, two GE AW workstations, iMac computer, PCs and a high performance server (Universal 2U Dual Quad-core Xeon with 4 terabytes of disk). In addition, there is a high end workstation for processing images for the Inveon micro PET/SPECT/CT scanner.
