This proposal aims to explore physician HPV vaccine recommendations and HPV vaccine uptake among Latino and rural female and male adolescents ages 13 – 17 years in the Intermountain West from 2008 – 2012 using GIS (Geographic Information Systems) mapping techniques. This study aims to determine parental demographic factors and parental HPV knowledge related to HPV vaccine uptake and completion of the 3-dose vaccine series among Latino and rural female and male adolescents age 13 – 17 years in the Intermountain West from 2008 – 2012.
