For our loyal customers:
A new required field, on the last page is asking for you to fill in the information that you normally do for a 4 part campus order. We are asking for the campus order number and department name, (redundant at this point) for about two to three weeks to test the system. This also includes the org id and other numbers needed for a normal campus order. We are then putting the information into our EventMaster Plus catering system and will send the information to accounting, electronically, for a journal entry. The information will match up on your operating statement detail list. At the end of the test we will be able to eliminate campus orders, and use the information you have submitted. Your printed web page is your document for tracking purposes and will still give you a web page sequential number for tracking. For now you will need to continue to send the campus orders in a timely manner to Majestic Catering along with filling the information required on the new web page addition. It is only for a short time for testing the systems and tracking and then NO MORE CAMPUS ORDERS!
