Neurosurgery - Trauma - Neuro Critical Care
Through patient and family centered care, the highly trained care-givers at University of Utah Health Care diligently work to improve outcomes for patients with trauma, injury, or illness of the brain, spine, and central nervous system, including aneurysms, stroke, brain and spinal cord injury.
As evidence of our caring philosophy, University of Utah Hospital recently constructed the region’s largest and most technologically advanced neuro critical care unit. Family areas with shower, kitchen, and laundry facilities were also built to encourage close friends and family to play a greater role in the healing process of their loved one.
