Clinical Neurosciences and Spine Center

General Neurology

The Department of Neurology has a number of clinics to evaluate and manage the diverse range of neurologic disorders. The clinics are part of the Clinical Neurosciences Center that includes the disciplines of Neurology, Neurosurgery and Neuroradiology. The Clinical Neurosciences Center is part of the University of Utah Health Sciences Medical Center and is the only academic medical center in the intermountain west. It receives referrals throughout the state of Utah, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, western Colorado, northern Nevada and Arizona, and eastern Oregon. All neurologists are board certified and have fellowship training in an area of specialization within the field of neurology.

The following is a list of clinics that are largely divided in to subspecialities within neurology. There is a general neurology clinic that can initiate the evaluation of neurologic problems. When a diagnosis is made it is likely that a referral will be made to the appropriate subspeciality clinic.
