Alina Jameson, RD
Alina received her B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science (2007) and M.S. in Nutrition (emphasis in sport dietetics, 2009) from the University of Utah. In October 2009 she sat for the national exam and became a registered dietitian (RD) through the American Dietetic Association. Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Alina has always been interested in diet and exercise. She started running 11 years ago, and now enjoys participating in one or two marathons each year.
Alina likes to help others understand that a healthy lifstyle is centered on good nutrition and physical activity. Her clients and class participants leave with a better understanding of healthy food choices, and how small lifestyle changes can make a big difference over time.
