Dr. Richard W. Kendall
I am an Associate Professor and practice at the University Orthopaedic Center. I attended medical school at the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa. I completed my residency training in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. I completed sub-specialty training in spine rehabilitation with a fellowship at the spine program at University of Michigan, in Ann Arbor, Michigan. I enjoy working in the following areas, rehabilitation of back and neck pain, interventional spine procedures, electrodiagnositic testing, back and neck pain in the cyclist, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. I hold board certifications from The American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with a sub-specialty certification in pain management.
