From beginners to professional golfers, the golf clinic offers rehabilitation services and techniques to help you prevent injuries on the course. Our golf evaluation helps you play your best game by focusing on your unique physical characteristics, fitness level, and ability to move.

Playing your best game is tough. We offer professional advice on how to avoid golfing injuries by teaching you exercises to strengthen, stabilize, and improve your balance. We also help you find movements that support your individual fitness level.

Golf Injuries

  • Back strains
  • Golfer's elbow
  • Rotator cuff tendonitis
  • Hand & wrist injuries
  • Neck pain
  • Meniscus tears
  • Plantar fasciitis
  • Ankle instability sprains

We also help you get back on the golf course if you've had total joint surgery on your knee, shoulder, hip, or ankle.

Our services help you improve key parts of your game. We offer the following:

  • Joint range of motion measurements
  • Strength & mobility testing
  • Therapy to help you correct your posture
  • Suggestions on the best footwear for golfing
  • Force plate sensor analysis

Force plate sensor analysis helps you put weight on your legs and feet in a comfortable, easy way. We also use high-speed video to monitor your golf swing and assess the quality of your movement.

Titleist Golf Evaluation

Our clinic offers Titleist Performance Institute-certified physical therapists who assess how your overall health and lifestyle factors may affect your golf game. Our physical therapists conduct a complete musculoskeletal and physical performance evaluation to help you determine if physical illnesses will challenge you on the course.

After your screening is finished, we use your results to create a unique plan for you so you can improve your game.
