University of Utah Health Care Sports Medicine offers conditioning programs for all levels and abilities to help get you in shape and stay in shape for your next event, race, ride, or adventure. Classes include a combination of circuit and fitness training along with measuring baseline fitness levels.
Classes are structured to focus on total body strength and conditioning. Areas of focus include the following:
- Cardiovascular fitness
- Core strength
- Lower extremity strength
- Agility and balance
Classes are taught by our team of medical and fitness professionals: physical therapists, certified athletic trainers, personal trainers, and physical therapy assistants.
University Employees will receive a Wellness Now credit for class participation.
