Each training sessions is one hour and includes strength, cardio, flexibility, or a combination depending on your needs. If you are not sure if personal training is for you, or just need your questions answered, come in for a complimentrary consulation.

Semi-Private 6 Pack $180.00 per person

Ryan Canon is a trainer at the University of Utah. He has taught triathlon and fitness classes for the past 3 years. He has finished 2 Ironman and competed the Wasatch 100. Ryan is certified with USAT & AFI and has been coaching and personal trainning for the past 4 years helping people of all ages and skills levels to accomplish great results.
