Med Card

Keeping track of your medications can be overwhelming. We developed the Med Card to give our customers an easy and convenient way to organize their medications and keep track of dosage information. Having a Med Card available when you visit your health care provider or pharmacist helps prevents errors and problems and ensures you get the best care possible.

The Med Card is available for download in both pdf and MS Word formats. In addition, you can choose from a wallet size or full page version.
