Actavis Drug Recall

Actavis announced a voluntary recall of prescription products manufactured at its facility in Little Falls, New Jersey. This recall was prompted by an FDA inspection completed at the manufacture’s Little Falls facility. Current good manufacturing practices were not met upon inspection. The recall is not in response to any product complaints or health-related issues associated with these products. Patients in possession of recalled product should continue to use them; more harm may be done to patients who suddenly stop taking their medications. Consumers who remain concerned about taking product should talk with their healthcare provider.

The list below contains all recalled products from Actavis. Recall letters have been sent to wholesalers and retailers, including hospitals.
