Zhen De Shou Dietary Supplement Contains Undeclared Sibutramine

FDA has discovered that Zhen De Shou Fat Loss Capsules contain sibutramine, a prescription appetite suppressant. Fashion Sanctuary, the manufacturer of Zhen De Shou, is recalling all lots of this product.
Sibutramine is associated with increased heart rate and blood pressure in some patients. These side effects may pose a risk to patients with a history of arrhythmia, stroke, congestive heart failure, or coronary artery disease. Currently, there are no reports of adverse events associated with this product.
