July 28, 2009
FDA and Sanofi-Aventis are warning pharmacies to verify drug pedigrees for specific Sanofi-Aventis products. A tractor trailer carrying these items was stolen in early July. Due to safety concerns should these medications come back into circulation, pharmacies and drug distributors are asked to verify pedigrees for products they receive from their wholesalers. The affected products and their lot numbers are listed below:

- Enoxaparin injection (Lovenox): 30 mg prefilled syringes (NDC 00075-0624-30), Lot #29395; 80 mg prefilled syringes (NDC 00075-0622-80), Lot #28534; 120 mg prefilled syringes (NDC 00075-2912-01), Lot #12210, Lot #12221, and Lot #12218.
- Triamcinolone acetonide aqueous nasal inhaler (Nasacort AQ): 16.5 g inhaler (NDC 00075-1506-16), Lot #N09108A
