Advise for your first day
- Relax. Oh, and start staffing early — you'll learn a lot about the hospital that way.
- Get together with your fellow residents that first week outside of work and get to know one another. The sooner you do, the sooner you enjoy the camaraderie!
- You will get out of the residency what you put into it.
