Sports Medicine

Overview

The Orthopaedics Department at the University of Utah's Redwood Health Center will provide care for patients of all ages with a variety of physical therapy and sports medicine services, including the following:

  • Concussion
  • Rotator cuff tears
  • Knee ligament injuries
  • Tendinitis and overuse injuries
  • Joint sprains
  • IT band syndrome
  • Arthritis
  • Carpal tunnel syndrome

Our physicians are board-certified in sports medicine, orthopaedic and musculoskeletal medicine and are trained to diagnose and treat any muscle, bone or joint problem in patients of all ages. Our health care providers are also part of the community, serving on the sidelines of local high school and community sporting events.
