19 patients were discharged to the acute medical floor during their rehab stay. 10 of those patients returned to complete their rehab program. |

| FIM Change and Length of Stay Efficiency | |

Functional improvement is measured by the Functional Independence Measure (FIM). Eighteen different skills are evaluated. The higher the FIM score, the more a person can do for themselves. The functional status of our patients, on average, scored a 2.22 rating for daily improvement in skills learned from start of rehabilitative care through discharge. This rating is significantly higher than the national average of 2.02. |
