Spinal Cord Injury Program
The Spinal Cord Injury Program at the University of Utah Rehabilitation Center is the only CARF accredited program in the State of Utah. Our spinal cord system of care offers you the most comprehensive rehabilitation program in the region. The program begins in the acute hospital and supports you throughout your inpatient stay, outpatient therapies and follow up care and beyond. We are able to accommodate spinal cord injury patients in our urgent care clinic. Urgent care (non-emergent care) is available weekdays in the Physical Medicine Physician Clinic.
Persons who have spinal cord injury experience a number of functional limitations. Our goal is for you to achieve the highest level of function by creating a personalized rehabilitation plan.
