Care Transformation: Are You In On It?
The Care Transformation Electronic Health Records (EHR) is designed to enhance health care workflow and processes. When fully implemented, Care Transformation will provide improved patient safety and clinical outcomes, increased patient satisfaction, health care service delivery cost-effectiveness, and an enhanced work environment for HSC care providers. Care Transformation will help to enhance the quality of care we are able to provide our patients.
Electronic nursing documentation, the first of two conversions, is now live. The second conversion, Computerized Provider Order Entry (CPOE) is scheduled to go live on May 2, 2009. Thank you for your continued support of this initiative.
