Will my insurance cover these services?
Most insurance plans cover evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders. It is your responsibility however, to know the coverage in your specific plan. It is wise to call your insurance carrier prior to making an appointment to determine eligibility for University of Utah Health Care. Our office will help you with insurance verification and authorization.
