From I-15 (Northbound):

1. Take the 600 South Exit, turn left onto 400 West.
2. Go two blocks, then turn right onto 400 South.
3. After 900 East, the road curves and becomes 500 South, and then Foothill Dr.
4. Stay on Foothill Drive until you reach Wakara Way.
5. Turn left (East) on Wakara Way.
6. Turn right (South) on Arapeen Drive.
7. Turn left (East) at 675 Arapeeen Drive. After making this turn, stay to the left (North). The road will curve around to the East which is where the Thrombosis Center entrance and patient parking are located.
   

From I-15 (Southbound):

1. Take the 400 South Exit, turn left (East) on 400 South.
2. After 900 East, the road curves and becomes 500 South, and then Foothill Dr.

1. Take Exit 129 for Foothill Drive and Parley's Way.
2. Stay in the lane for Foothill Drive.
3. Head North on Foothill Drive until you reach Sunnyside Avenue.
4. Turn right (East) on Sunnyside Avenue.
5. Next traffic light, turn left (North) on Arapeen Drive.
6. Turn left (East) at 675 Arapeeen Drive. After making this turn, stay to the left (North). The road will curve around to the East which is where the Thrombosis Center entrance and patient parking are located.
   

From I-215:

1. Take Exit 1 for Foothill Drive and Parley's Way.
2. Stay in the lane for Foothill Drive.
3. Head North on Foothill Drive until you reach Sunnyside Avenue.
4. Turn right (East) on Sunnyside Avenue.
5. Next traffic light, turn left (North) on Arapeen Drive.
6. Turn left (East) at 675 Arapeeen Drive. After making this turn, stay to the left (North). The road will curve around to the East which is where the Thrombosis Center entrance and patient parking are located.
