U Thrombosis Watch: An Interactive Online Program
Who: Physicians, Pharmacists, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Nurses, and students who provide care to patients with (or at risk for) thrombotic disorders in the Western U.S.
When: Continuous web-based interactive learning session with content updated every 3 months. (2008 - 2010)

Description: A web-based, interactive educational tool with the following components:
- U Thrombosis Watch: A quarterly web-based publication with a brief core content topic review, link to associated power point slide set, and focused literature review of major thrombosis related publications in preceding 3 months.
- Thrombosis Review or Guideline of the month: A web link to full text article of a current review or new practice guideline covering the core content topic area of the quarter. (This full text link feature is available only for University Healthcare affiliated providers).
- Case-based questions pertaining to topic review.
CME credit coming Fall 2009
2.0 Quarterly CME available for U Affiliated providers.
1.0 Quarterly CME available for Non U Affiliated providers.
Both groups must submit question responses via fax or email to receive credit.
