UTAH CARDIAC (Utah Transplant Affiliated Hospitals)
The University of Utah Hospital participates in UTAH Cardiac, which is one of the most successful collaborative Heart Transplant programs in the country. The UTAH Cardiac Transplant Program utilizes the specialized skills and resources of the four main Transplant Hospitals in Salt Lake City: University of Utah Hospital, VA Hospital, LDS Hospital and Primary Children’s Medical Center, to provide the highest level of clinical expertise to all patients with heart failure throughout the Intermountain West. The UTAH Cardiac Transplant program has one of the best survival rates in the country.
