Carol M. Foster, M.D.
Dr. Carol Foster is a Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Pediatric Endocrinology based at the Utah Diabetes Center. Dr. Foster received her undergraduate degree from Purdue University and her M.D. from Washington University. She completed her pediatric residency at the University of Utah and fellowships in Pediatric Endocrinology and Pharmacology at the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development and in Research in the Departments of Physiology and Pediatrics at the University of Michigan. While on the faculty at the University of Michigan, Dr. Foster served as the Director of the Division of Endocrinology in the Department of Pediatrics and as Associate Director of Pediatric Programs at their Clinical Research Center.
Dr Foster brings to the Utah Diabetes Center an expertise and national reputation in the field of regulation of puberty and the onset of puberty, in addition to her skills in pediatric diabetes management.
