Parent-to-Parent Program Assistant
Purpose
To offer emotional and educational support to families experiencing high-risk pregnancies or babies born critically ill

Parent-to-Parent Coordinator

Must be 18 or older
Duties/Responsibilities
- Contact new parents who have a desire for phone contact with graduate parents
- Listen to the parent experiences without criticism or judgment
- Be neutral and reassuring
- Refrain from giving personal advice and/or injecting own religious beliefs into the conversation
- Discuss hospital procedures with members of the family
- Respect the confidentiality of the family
