Our expert staff will work with you to create a customized plan that addresses the health needs of your employees. Through a series of planning sessions with you, we will tailor a wellness program to target the specific goals and objectives you have for your employees and your organization.

University Health and Wellness Center will provide a wellness coordinator who will assist your company with the development, implementation, and evaluation of worksite wellness programs.

We offer packages designed to measure, modify and maintain health:

Measure and evaluate your employees’ current health status with health risk assessments and biometric testing. This information will be used to plan targeted interventions to address risk factors associated with sedentary lifestyles, obesity, poor nutrition and stress.

Modify unhealthy lifestyle behaviors. Our staff of Registered Dietitians, exercise physiologists, and wellness coaches can work with your employees on an individual basis to identify and reach their health goals.

Maintain the health of employees who are currently practicing positive lifestyle behaviors. We offer a selection of presentations and programs to keep your healthy employees healthy by increasing their knowledge of current wellness topics and keeping them motivated to practice current healthy behaviors.
