High Risk Pregnancy - Maternal Fetal Medicine
University of Utah Health Care maternal-fetal medicine obstetricians specialize in helping to make a high-risk situation less stressful to you, your baby, and your family. Our specialists work hand-in-hand with you and your obstetrician to develop a plan of care tailored to you, whether your risk is during the term of your pregnancy, during labor and delivery, or during the post-partum period
We offer care, by evaluation, diagnosing, and monitoring high risk pregnancy conditions such as maternal medical problems including high blood pressure or diabetes, fetal problems including birth defects or genetic conditions, or pregnancy problems, such as preterm labor, bleeding, or triplets.
