COVID-19 and Be Well Utah 2020 Update

For concern of our community, all in-person Be Well Utah events for 2020 have been cancelled, but our teams have been working hard to bring you VIRTUAL events that can be participated in for all ages throughout Summer 2020.

Wellness: Maintaining a Healthy Mind, Body, and Spirit

We want to share with you what it means to Be Well! Wellness comes from healing and maintaining a healthy mind, body, and spirit through nourishing food, proper exercise, and appropriately coping with stress, resulting in an overall feeling of well-being.

At University of Utah Health, we understand that achieving and maintaining wellness is an ongoing process. Wellness often means taking small steps toward healthier habits. We are committed to helping Utah families discover and adopt ways to enjoy a healthy lifestyle. As part of this commitment, We are bringing you Be Well Utah (VIRTUAL EDITION)—a celebration of wellness!

A Celebration of Wellness (Virtually!)

We invite you and your family to participate in our virtual wellness activities for all ages online throughout Summer 2020. We have worked to bring our community virtual activities that you and your family can participate in while in the safety of your home. These consist of virtual cooking demos, virtual PE classes, a virtual Walk, Run, & Roll, and more! The best part? Everything is free!

University of Utah Health invites you and your family to join us virtually at our Be Well Utah Virtual Walk, Run, & Roll—our first virtual pick-your-level, pick-your-challenge, family-oriented event. This will consist of free swag, giveaways, a Be Well Utah branded athletic shirt, and a virtual community that you can be a part of while we navigate these everchanging times. For more information, check out the Walk, Run, & Roll event page.
