Wellness: Maintaining a Healthy Mind, Body, and Spirit

We want to share with you what it means to Be Well! Wellness comes from healing and maintaining a healthy mind, body, and spirit through nourishing food, proper exercise, and appropriately coping with stress, resulting in an overall feeling of well-being.

At University of Utah Health, we understand that achieving and maintaining wellness is an ongoing process. Wellness often means taking small steps toward healthier habits. We are committed to helping Utah families discover and adopt ways to enjoy a healthy lifestyle.

A Celebration of Wellness

As part of this commitment, we have once again partnered with Regence BlueCross BlueShield to bring you Be Well Utah—a celebration of wellness! We invite you and your family to participate in our many wellness activities for all ages on August 11, 19, and 24, 2019. Please join us at our Family Health Fair—our culminating event on Saturday, August 24, at Rice Eccles Stadium, where you can expect free health screenings, interactive wellness displays, on-field activities, and healthy snacks.
