IHC Out of Network

Please inform Patient:

Many of the University Physicians are contracted with your insurance’s network.

The University Hospitals & Clinics are out of your insurance’s network.  You may receive reduced or no coverage from your insurance for any facility charges incurred during your visit with the following exceptions:

1. Burn Unit
2. Pain Management
3. Moran Pediatric Providers
4. Any services at Huntsman Cancer Hospital
5. Hand Surgery @Madsen or Ortho use IHL Select Health coverage (for Hands at Madsen and Ortho)
